CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR ORDER

RETURNS
• We accept returns on unworn, undamaged, & non-personalized pieces.
• Personalized pieces cannot be returned unless we made an error.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and ship items back to us within 30 days.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any customs/duties/taxes for international returns.
• We refund the Full Order Value minus CAD $8 restocking fee. Any shipping paid is not refunded.
• Refunds are processed within a week from receiving the returned item.
• Please ship items back in their original packaging, and try to include tracking with your shipping.

 

EXCHANGES
• We accept exchanges on all unworn, undamaged, & non-personalized pieces.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and ship items back to us within 30 days.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any customs/duties/taxes for international returns.
• We provide store credit for your exchange order. We charge CAD $8 restocking fee on an exchange. Any shipping paid on the original order is not refunded.
• Please ship items back in their original packaging, and try to include tracking with your shipping.

 

RESIZES
• If chain size is too small, consider purchasing a removable chain extender.
• If chain size is too long, we will resize it for free.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and ship items back to us within 30 days.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any customs/duties/taxes for international returns.
• Please ship items back in their original packaging, and try to include tracking with your shipping.
• Buyer needs to purchase standard shipping so we can ship your resized piece back to you.

 

REPAIRS
• We offer free repairs for up to 3 months from your order date.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any customs/duties/taxes for international returns. Please try to include tracking with your shipping.
• Buyer needs to purchase standard shipping [link below], so we can ship your repaired piece back to you.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS ON ORDER
• Please double check your address while placing your order.
• For any changes, contact us via Etsy Messages within 4 hours of placing your order.
• Once an order is mailed out, we are not able to change the address on the order.
• In case of wrong address, the package is usually returned back to us. However this may take a while and is beyond our control.
• Once we receive the package back, we will re-send it back to you at the updated address.
• Buyer needs to purchase standard shipping [link below], so we can ship your package back to you.

 

ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED
• We package our orders with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely to you. However, sometimes factors are beyond our control during shipping.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away via Etsy Messages.
• Buyer needs to provide photos of the damaged item.
